Easy Rent Payment Options

As a reminder, rent is due on the 1st and late after the 3rd. Any rent payment received after the 3rd will be assessed a late fee per your rental agreement.


Online Payment

  • eCheck : Login to your tenant portal and enter your bank routing and account number to pay rent directly from your checking or savings account. eCheck payments will be assessed a transaction fee.

 

  • Credit Card : Login to your tenant portal and charge your rent to your credit card. Credit card payments will be assessed a transaction fee.


Check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check

Mail your rent payment to Dakota Property Management.
