Easy Rent Payment Options
As a reminder, rent is due on the 1st and late after the 3rd. Any rent payment received after the 3rd will be assessed a late fee per your rental agreement.

- eCheck: Login to your tenant portal and enter your bank routing and account number to pay rent directly from your checking or savings account. Paying rent online via your checking or savings account is FREE.
- Credit Card: Login to your tenant portal and charge your rent to your credit card. Credit card payments will be assessed a convenience fee.
Electronic Cash Payment
Contact Dakota office for your personalized PaySlip and find a participating 7-Eleven or Ace Cash Express location on the following website: paynearme.com. Pay up to $1,500.00 in cash for a $3.99 transaction fee.
Check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check
Mail or drop-off your rent payment at Dakota office. 24/7 drop slot is available.
