Dakota Property Management was founded in 1995 by Pam Trimble (RE License #00556949) to provide professional residential management services for property owners who no longer have the time or desire to personally manage their investments. Dakota specializes in the management of small residential rental properties (1-40 units) throughout San Diego County that include apartment communities, single family homes, condominiums and small commercial properties.

Dakota is incorporated in the State of California and is licensed with the Department of Real Estate.

Dakota carries Workers' Comp Insurance and Liability Insurance providing the best protection for Dakota clients.

Dakota complies with all Federal, State and Fair Housing laws.

Over the years, Dakota has earned a reputation for providing excellent quality management because we are committed to personal service for both clients and residents. Dakota staff is focused on providing positive communication with owners and residents to solve problems efficiently, effectively and with common sense. Monthly financial reports are sent to clients timely with narrative outlining current property issues that keep our client well informed.
