Applicants are approved based on the following criteria:

1. NO EVICTIONS

2. CREDIT HISTORY

3. REFERENCES

4. GROSS INCOME IS 3 TIMES RENT

Dakota application processing fee is $20 per adult.

1st month's rent and deposit can be paid only with money order or cashier's check prior to move in. 2nd month's rent is prorated and can be paid with personal check.
